Sylvan's Beginning Reading program is designed to help children entering Kindergarten, grades 1 and 2, and older students who need to reinforce basic reading skills and build confidence.

Engaging illustrated books, software and manipulatives are utilized to keep students' attention.
Our trained and certified teachers assess your child's reading abilities and design a personalized program to meet his or her individual needs. To ensure mastery of important phonetic skills, teachers promote retention of knowledge through practice, review and repetition.
Children learn in an individualized or group setting, via a multi-sensory approach that uses sight, sound and touch.

The components that make up the total cost of an in-center or online tutoring program include: program length, tutoring subjects, hourly instruction cost and the payment schedule that best fits your family's needs.
