At Sylvan Learning Center, we teach students (ages kindergarten thru adults) skill levels to increase confidence and independence, providing them with skills that will last a lifetime. Centers offer instruction in reading, writing, math, algebra, geometry, study skills, advanced reading and SAT Prep.
We want enthusiastic, warm, caring, and loving people. To qualify, you must have teaching certificate (current or expired). Our competitive pay, comprehensive training program, and supportive work environment make Sylvan a great place to work.
Candidate must be able to work 2-4 afternoons/evenings per week, and possibly on Saturday mornings. Current teaching hours: M-Th 3-8 and Saturday 9-2.
We have an immediate opening for a Center Director at the Federal Way Sylvan Learning Center.
The ideal candidate should be detailed minded, have good follow through skills, highly motivated and enthusiastic. A Center Director must be an aggressive, self starter who will market Sylvan educational programs and manage center business operations.

* Sales Experience
* A teaching certificate and educational experience a plus!
